The ideal candidate will focus on promoting responsible gambling practices and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves developing and implementing programs that support player protection and enhance the overall gaming experience. <div style="text-align: justify;"> </div>Key Responsibilities:<div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><ul type="disc" style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Develop, implement and oversee responsible gaming policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.</li> <li>Design and conduct training programs on responsible gambling practices for all staff members.</li> <li>Monitor player behavior and conduct assessments to identify potential issues, proactively addressing them as necessary.</li> <li>Identify responsible gaming concerns that require follow-up, investigations, or enforcement actions and promptly bring them to the attention of the supervisor.</li> <li>Collaborate with external organizations to promote responsible gaming initiatives and share best practices.</li> <li>Analyze data and trends related to player behavior to inform the development of effective interventions and support strategies.</li> <li>Stay informed about trends and changes in the responsible gaming landscape to continuously enhance policies and initiatives.</li> </ul><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div>Qualifications:<div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><ul type="disc" style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Law or a related field.</li> <li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in responsible gaming or player protection initiatives, ideally within the iGaming or online gambling industry.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>A collaborative team player with effective time management capabilities.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li> <li>Fluent in English </li> </ul><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div>What We Offer: <div style="text-align: justify;"> </div>At Brilliant Gaming, we recognize that our employees are key to our success.
