CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique provider of Legal Services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit an&nbsp;Office Administrator&nbsp;to join their growing team based in Limassol. As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, playing a key role in the smooth running of the Company. Your duties will include the typing and formatting of legal documents in both Greek and English, overseeing front-desk reception operations, and handling petty cash. An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable, and you will ideally hold previous experience in a relevant administration focused role. You will need to be highly organised, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. A competitive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, including a 13th and 14th salary.Key Duties/Responsibilities:<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Manage daily secretarial, administrative, and organizational tasks.</li><li>Dealing with electronic and hard copy archiving.</li><li>Typing and formatting of legal documents in English and Greek.</li><li>Handling the petty cash.</li><li>Reception duties including answering calls, and managing office inventory such as stationery and equipment.</li><li>Outside work when necessary, including attendance at: court registry, land registry or any other public authority, banks, courier or postal services.</li></ul>Key Skills/Experience:<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable.</li><li>Previous experience in similar position is highly desirable.</li><li>Highly organised with strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in oral and written Greek and English.</li><li>Strong computer skills, including sound knowledge of MS Office.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.</li></ul>To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG7827.&nbsp;Please note that due to the high volumes of applications received only shortlisted applicants will be responded to.
