Position Overview:
We are looking for a Salon Coordinator (Receptionist) to join our team and play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our salon. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a natural talent for organization, hospitality, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Customer orientated thinking and positive approach
• Ability to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for customers
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Excellent verbal communication in English is a must, Greek or Russian will be an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar position
• User of salon software/ appointment booking system / cash register
• Strong organizational skills
• Business etiquette knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Hospitality services at the reception area of the salon, follow-up monitoring and assistance to salon’s stylists and estheticians in services
• Handling appointment bookings and managing the salon’s booking system to ensure efficient workflow and minimize waiting times
• Handling phone calls, emails, DM, providing customers with requested information and promptly managing their requests
• Providing customers with information about the salon services, pricing and promotions
• Assisting in retail product sales
• Processing payments for salon services and products
• Supervising the salon’s hygiene and cleanliness protocols
• Managing the supply of materials, storage and inventory
• Involvement in social media promotions
