Ergodotisi is Cyprus’s top job ads platform, trusted by businesses of all sizes for their hiring needs. As we introduce new products and continue growing in the local market, we’re expanding our Sales team  and we’re searching for a confident B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships and driving results. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Conduct outbound outreach to potential employer clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Use lead generation tools for contact enrichment.
  • Hold structured discovery calls to understand hiring needs and recruitment challenges.
  • Present Ergodotisi’s job posting packages, bundles, and employer-branding solutions.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and communicate pricing/value clearly.
  • Manage and track all leads, activities, and pipeline stages in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly targets for new business and renewal sales.
  • Cooperate closely with Customer Support and Account Management to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Participate in outbound campaigns and contribute to improving lead generation activities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape in Cyprus.
  • Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and client needs.
     

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous B2B Sales experience is a plus.
  • Confident communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Very good communication skills and an extroverted personality
  • Experience with Zoho CRM or Lusha is an advantage.
  • A proactive mindset and drive to achieve results.
