Περιγραφή εργασίας

Responsibilities:

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and appointments.

·        Arrange and assist in property viewings between clients and owners.

·        Keep clients updated on property listings and sales process developments.

·        Establish relationships with new customers and at the same time maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.

·        Keep a high level of knowledge about existing properties, and learn about new properties and services as they come in.

·        Develop networks and cooperate with associates of the Company.

·        Maintain the Company’s Online Platforms (e.g. CRM, Back-End).

·        Oversee the preparation and approval of documents.

·       Assist in preparing sales contracts and documentation such as agreements, deeds, closing statements and lease contracts.

·        Work closely with the marketing team to actively seek out new business opportunities.

·        Follow up with clients and third-party service providers to ensure timely transactions.

·        Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities.

·        Analyze sales data to optimize strategies.

·        Any other relevant duty as requested by the Company’s Management.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

·        Previous experience in sales coordination, real estate, or customer service roles is highly desirable.

·        Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices is a plus.

·        Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.   

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

·        Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

·        Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and team members.

·        Understanding of sales processes.

·        Possession of a valid driver’s license.
