Sales Consultant

Job Overview: 

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for automobiles, a customer-focused mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Promote and sell vehicles to potential customers, using persuasive sales techniques and extensive knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives, as set by management.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in promotional events and marketing activities.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and customer feedback.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

The ideal candidate should have:

• Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degrees in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in sales is required.
• Experience in the automotive industry will be considered as an advantage.
• General computer literacy (MS Office).
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages (verbal and written).

The Sales Consultant should have:

• Upbeat and enthusiastic attitude and extroversion.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to be persuasive and diplomatic.
• Very good business awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
