Manpower Cyprus is partnering with a leading international company in the Construction Materials Industry to recruit an experienced Concrete Plant General Manager for a senior operational role based in Oman.

 

We are seeking a commercially minded and operationally strong leader — ideally based in Cyprus or Greece — who is ready to drive performance, growth, and excellence in a fast-paced industrial environment.

 

About the Role

As Concrete Plant General Manager, you will have full accountability for plant operations and business performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing end-to-end concrete production and overall business operations
• Ensuring plant efficiency, output optimization, and cost control
• Leading and managing operations, logistics, and technical teams
• Driving business development initiatives and revenue growth
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key clients
• Identifying new market opportunities and securing new projects
• Developing and executing business strategy and expansion plans
• Optimizing supply chain and procurement processes, including cement, aggregates, and admixtures

 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete production or a similar operational management role
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• IT literate and proficient in relevant business software
• Fluency in both English and Greek (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to coordinate teams and deliver results under strict deadlines
