Action Cyprus is hiring a Junior Videographer!

Can you see yourself being part of a dynamic multi-cultural team working on integrated communications campaigns for leading global, local and public sector clients? Action Global Communications, Cyprus is looking for a Junior Videographer for a one-year fixed-term position to support the production of video and visual content for social media, digital campaigns, events and client projects. This role is ideal for a recent university graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving communications agency environment. You’ll work closely with account managers, social media specialists, designers and content creators to film, edit and deliver content that helps brands and organisations communicate their work in a simple, creative and effective way.

 

Role & Responsibilities

· Film short-form video content for social media, events, announcements, interviews, public sector activities and client campaigns

· Support the production of Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and other social-first video formats

· Edit videos using existing footage or newly filmed material, including basic cuts, subtitles, titles, music, simple transitions and branded elements

· Assist with quick-turnaround video edits when content needs to be delivered within tight deadlines

· Capture behind-the-scenes moments, event highlights and short interviews for digital use

· Support filming needs across Cyprus, including Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Famagusta and Paphos when required

· Work with the team to prepare videos in the correct formats and dimensions for each platform

· Organise, store and archive footage, project files and final video exports in a structured way

· Collaborate with social media and account teams to understand the purpose, tone and key message of each video

· Stay up to date with video trends, editing styles and social media formats to help keep our work fresh and relevant

 

Requirements

· Degree or diploma in Film, Media Production, Digital Media, Multimedia, or a related field

· Recent graduate or junior-level candidate with a strong interest in video production and social media content

· Basic filming and editing skills

· Good knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar tools

· Basic understanding of social media platforms and the types of video content that perform well on each

· Good eye for framing, lighting, movement and visual storytelling

· Native/Bilingual in Greek and excellent command of English

· Highly organised, proactive and able to work within tight deadlines

· Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
