Join MC Media, one of the leading and most innovative media & technology groups in Cyprus, as our new IT & Web Specialist.

This is a dynamic mid-level role that combines IT support, basic web management, and coordination of small digital projects across the Group’s platforms.

Key Responsibilities

      •     Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and user requests.

      •     Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows, Office 365, and Google Workspace.

      •     Manage and update company websites (WordPress / Elementor).

      •     Handle hosting, domain, and email setups or troubleshooting.

      •     Collaborate with external developers and service providers.

      •     Support small-scale IT and digital projects from planning to delivery.

      •     Implement basic security and data backup routines.

      •     Contribute ideas for digital improvements and automations within the Group.

Required Skills & Abilities

      •     Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

      •     1–3 years of experience in IT support, WordPress management, or similar technical role.

      •     Solid understanding of WordPress, Elementor, HTML/CSS.

      •     Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, and Google Workspace.

      •     Basic knowledge of networks, cloud tools, and cybersecurity best practices.

      •     Excellent communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills.

      •     Fluent in Greek and English (written & spoken).

Nice to Have

      •     Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Manager.

      •     Familiarity with AI tools

      •     Basic skills in Canva or Photoshop.

      •     Simple scripting knowledge will be considered an advantage.
