We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender-Waiter/Waitress to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking food and drink orders, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide professional, courteous service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and service stations.
Process bills and payments accurately using the POS system.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and restocking.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender, waiter, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
Knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktails, wines, and spirits is an advantage.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Basic numeracy skills and experience handling cash and card payments.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Fluent in English & Greek. Additional languages will be considered as an advantage.
