Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance internal software systems.
• Support and improve existing applications and databases.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to system usage.
• Ensure data security and the proper functioning of IT systems.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guidelines.
• Participate in system upgrade and digital transformation projects.
• Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the role.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Good knowledge and/or experience with MS SQL Server.
• Experience or familiarity with modern .NET development frameworks and web technologies (e.g., ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, APIs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with non-technical users.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.

Additional Qualifications (considered an advantage)

• Knowledge and/or experience with Infragistics or Developer Express.
• Experience in UI/UX design.
• Previous experience in the insurance sector.

Working Hours

• Five-day work week.
• Flexible arrival time between 07:45 – 08:30.
• Two afternoons until 17:30 (with 30-minute break).
• Three afternoons off (working hours until 14:00).
