Little Kickers Cyprus is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an energetic, reliable and enthusiastic Coach to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of one of the fastest-growing Little Kickers territories in Cyprus.

We deliver fun, structured football and movement classes for children aged 18 months to 7 years, helping build confidence, coordination and social skills in a positive, high-energy environment.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Coach, you'll take ownership of your sessions and venue.

You'll:

• Deliver engaging, structured classes
• Lead and organise your coaching team
• Build positive relationships with parents
• Create a fun, safe and energetic environment
• Help children develop confidence and key skills through play
• Represent the Little Kickers brand to the highest standard
• Support the continued growth of our Cyprus programme

The ideal candidate will have:

• Great energy and enthusiasm
• Strong communication skills
• Confidence working with young children
• Reliability and punctuality
• A positive, encouraging attitude
• Experience in coaching, teaching, childcare, youth work or similar environments
• The confidence to lead sessions independently

Essential Requirements

• Full Driving Licence
• Access to a car
• Ability to transport and store equipment bags
• Availability on Saturday, Sunday also

Little Kickers

Little Kickers started in the UK in 2002. Christine Stanschus was living in London at the time and spotted a gap in the market when trying to find pre-school football classes for her son. Child obesity was becoming a hot topic and Christine couldn’t believe there weren’t pre-school classes to get young children involved in and enjoying sport, so she decided to do it herself. With a successful career in investment banking rather than football coaching, it was clear she needed to play to her strengths in business and find football and developmental experts who could help her shape the classes.
