G&P Home Store / Prokataskevastiki is looking for an Accounting Assistant / Accounting Executive to join our Accounting Department in Paphos.

The role involves supporting the daily accounting operations of the company, including the recording, checking and filing of accounting documents, invoices, receipts and financial records. The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented and able to work responsibly within an accounting environment.

Working Hours:
8:00am – 4:00pm

Salary:
€1,100 – €1,400 monthly, negotiable based on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Record, check and file accounting documents
• Handle purchase and sales invoices
• Manage receipts and supporting documentation
• Assist with bank account reconciliations
• Support the checking and monitoring of cash register records
• Prepare and organise information for VAT, VIES and Social Insurance submissions
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding outstanding financial matters
• Support the accounting department with daily administrative and financial tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience, or a graduate in Accounting / Finance
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with accuracy and confidentiality
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy and familiarity with accounting software will be considered an advantage
• Greek and English language skills will be considered an advantage
