Key Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in Human Resources (HR) or Recruitment will be considered an advantage (full training will be provided to the successful candidate).
• Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team.
• Excellent command of the English language
•  Proficiency in  in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Qualifications

• Academic diploma or equivalent work experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Receives and monitors applications and emails from new and former security personnel.
• Monitors, filters CVs, background checks and certification authenticity.
• Arranges Interviews for candidates
• Prepares and sends invitations for SOP trainings.
• Provides general administration support to the Recruitment Team, HR and Operation department.
• Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process.
• Provides analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
• Ensures that all procedures are carried out as per the company Policies and Procedures in compliance with Maritime regulations and GDPR.
• Preparation of mandatory documents for re-deployment of former security personnel
