Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content while monitoring performance and audience engagement.
Manage and update the company website, ensuring that all content, projects, and information remain accurate and up to date.
Coordinate and supervise the design, production, and printing of brochures, company profiles, flyers, and other promotional materials.
Prepare, coordinate, and oversee all marketing materials for new and existing developments, including digital and printed assets.
Coordinate and supervise professional photo and video shoots for completed projects, construction progress, events, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate the creation and review of 3D renderings, architectural visualizations, animations, and other presentation materials, ensuring they meet the company's branding and quality standards.
Plan, organize, and coordinate exhibitions, property launches, open days, networking events, and other promotional activities.
Work closely with architects, designers, photographers, videographers, printers, advertising agencies, and other external partners.
Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms to generate high-quality leads.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular marketing reports with recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels and marketing materials.
Support the sales team by providing marketing materials and promotional campaigns that contribute to lead generation and sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Previous experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate, property development, or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of social media management, digital advertising, and content marketing.
Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO principles.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and creative agencies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is considered an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken of Greek and English language.
