We are looking for a Product Management Officer who is passionate about technology, product innovation, and continuous improvement. Your Impact

As a member of the Product Management Unit, you will contribute to the design, development, and continuous enhancement of the company's products and technology platforms. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Advisory, Risk, and Technical Support teams, you will help deliver innovative, scalable, and customer-focused solutions that drive business value.

What your week will look like

Product Development

Support the definition of product requirements, prepare functional specifications, user stories, and product documentation while contributing throughout the product development lifecycle.

Business Analysis

Gather and analyse business requirements, evaluate customer requests, investigate business challenges, and translate business needs into clear and actionable product enhancements.

Product Evolution

Collaborate with Product Managers and technical teams to design, develop, prioritise, and continuously improve digital products, APIs, and technology platforms.

Product Quality & Testing

Participate in feature validation, product testing, release verification, and issue investigation to ensure high-quality product deliveries and successful releases.

Product Analytics & Reporting

Collect, analyse, and interpret product metrics, customer feedback, operational data, and business insights to identify opportunities for product improvements and support management decision-making.

Innovation

Research emerging technologies, AI capabilities, market trends, and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous product enhancement.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Engineering, Commercial, Advisory, Risk, and Technical Support teams to ensure successful product delivery while maintaining alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.

Who You Are

You are analytical, curious, and passionate about building technology products that solve real business problems. You enjoy working in collaborative environments, communicating with different stakeholders, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve products, processes, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Product Management principles and software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of modern technologies, APIs, SaaS platforms, and digital products.
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis concepts will be considered an advantage.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and customer-centric product development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business, operational, and product data.
• Ability to gather, document, and communicate business requirements effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Understanding of security, data protection, and regulatory requirements will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge or interest in AML, KYC, Compliance, Risk Management, Business Intelligence, or Financial Technology will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Greek will be considered an advantage.
