VACANCY

The Hilton Hotel in Nicosia is seeking to recruit a dynamic professional for the position of Groups and Events Executive. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing group bookings and events, ensuring that every detail is handled efficiently and that guests receive a high standard of service from the initial enquiry through to the successful completion of the event.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Manage group and event enquiries, bookings, and arrangements from initial contact to completion.

·         Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, contracts, and relevant documentation.

·         Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and ensure all expectations are met.

·         Liaise closely with the Sales, Front Office, F & B, and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of groups and events.

·         Coordinate function requirements, meeting venues, menus, and other event-related arrangements.

·         Follow up with customers before, during, and after events to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

·         Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.

Job Requirements:

·         Degree in Hospitality, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

·         A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant field. Previous experience in a hotel, events, or hospitality environment will be considered as an advantage.

·         Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both verbal and written.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

·         Ability to communicate with impact (friendly, confident, and outgoing character).

·         Customer service mindset, ability to build long-term relationships.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·         A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude. 

·         EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
