K. Treppides & Co Ltd, the Largest Independent Consultant Cyprus-based International Firm, is seeking to recruit an ARA Senior Consultant to join the International Compliance and Advisory Services (ICAS) Department in our Nicosia Office. 

Annual Gross Salary Range: €20,800 - €28,600

Final salary will depend on qualifications, skills, and experience, in line with our transparent pay structure.

Entry Requirements:

• BSc in Economics/Law/Mathematics, or any other relevant field

• MSc in Economics/Finance/Law/Mathematics, or any other relevant field, will be considered as an advantage

• 2+ relevant working experience in regulated financial services

• Excellent command of the English and Greek language

• IT literate

• Excellent reporting, communication and organisational skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Enthusiastic Team player

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare regulatory reports and submissions to competent authorities (CySEC, Central Bank of Cyprus, FCA, MFSA, etc.) under MiFID, CRR/CRDIV, IFR/IFD, EMIR, AIFMD and other regulatory frameworks.

• Prepare internal audit, risk management, valuation, due diligence and other ad-hoc reports.

• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.

• Communicate with clients, respond to technical queries and participate in client meetings.

• Coordinate administrative procedures necessary for the execution of client engagements and ensure timely completion of assignments.

• Maintain working papers, client documentation, KYC records and internal compliance files.

• Record time spent on assignments, coordinate invoicing procedures and follow up on outstanding client balances.

• Assist and support junior members of the team and maintain effective communication with colleagues across different jurisdictions.
