The Role:

We are currently looking for an Indirect Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible to implement the sales plan and procedures of the Indirect Sales department, in order to achieve the departmental sales targets.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process and manage telecommunications service orders accurately and efficiently using the required systems.
• Monitor and update performance reports, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Handle customer issues and complaints, following up to ensure effective and timely resolution.
• Investigate unsuccessful orders and coordinate the necessary actions to successfully complete them.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels of SIM cards and POS materials.
• Prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring they are complete and ready for delivery.
• Process and manage completed orders received, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
• Complete orders in the relevant systems and maintain all related documentation in an organised and accurate manner.

Your Profile:

• Diploma and / or University Degree preferably on Business Administration is considered an advantage

• One-year Sales Accounts management experience is considered an advantage

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to work with data and reports.

• Very good command of Greek and English language both oral and written

• Ability to resolve problems

• Ability to work with teams to resolve customer issues and conflicts.

• Basic knowledge of Fixed and GSM technology and services is considered an advantage
