We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide friendly and efficient support to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions by phone, email and chat.
- Provide information about our products and services.
- Help customers resolve common issues.
- Record customer requests and follow up when needed.
- Work with other teams to resolve customer problems.
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
