Position Details

Job Title: Associate (Transfer Pricing)
Department: Tax Department 
Location: Nicosia

As a Transfer Pricing Associate, you will receive on-the-job training and work closely with experienced professionals to develop your technical knowledge and practical skills in transfer pricing.

Your responsibilities will include:

·       Assist the Transfer Pricing team in the preparation of transfer pricing studies and supporting documentation.

·       Gather, organise, and analyse financial and operational information required for transfer pricing assignments.

·       Support the preparation of benchmarking analyses, functional analyses, and transfer pricing documentation under the guidance of senior team members.

·       Assist in conducting research on transfer pricing legislation, OECD Guidelines, and international tax developments.

·       Prepare working papers and maintain accurate documentation for client files.

·       Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and other client deliverables.

·       Build an understanding of clients' business operations and assist in gathering the information required for transfer pricing projects.

·       Participate in internal training programmes and continuously develop your technical knowledge and professional skills.

·       Provide administrative and project support to the Transfer Pricing team as required.

·       Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by Management.

Requirements

·       University degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or another related field.

·       Recent graduate or candidate with relevant work experience.

·       Intention to pursue a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ADIT, or equivalent) will be considered an advantage.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.

·       Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

·       Strong organisational and time management skills.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek.

·       Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

·       Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
