LaikoCosmos Trading Ltd is looking for the next member of the Red Bull team! The position concerns a Local On Premise Manager for Red Bull. The successful candidate will be employed by LaikoCosmos Trading Ltd and will work for the Red Bull brand.

📍 Location: Dali Industrial Area

Purpose:

The Local On Premise Manager is responsible for developing and growing Red Bull's presence within the On Premise channel by building strong partnerships with customers, driving commercial opportunities and ensuring premium brand execution. The role also supports the development of the On Premise team through coaching, collaboration and leadership while contributing to regional projects and business growth. 

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Development & Business Growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bars, clubs, restaurants, hotels and other On Premise customers. 
• Identify new business opportunities and expand Red Bull's presence within the assigned territory. 
• Negotiate commercial agreements and develop mutually beneficial partnerships. 
• Analyse customer performance and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. 

Brand Execution & Market Excellence

• Ensure outstanding execution of Red Bull's brand standards across all On Premise accounts. 
• Implement national and regional marketing initiatives, promotions and activation programs. 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure Red Bull remains the preferred premium energy drink within the On Premise environment.

Leadership & Team Development

• Coach, mentor and support the development of assigned Musketeers. 
• Conduct regular field visits, providing coaching and constructive feedback. 
• Share best practices and contribute to knowledge transfer across the wider On Premise team. 
• Promote strong collaboration with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales and other key stakeholders. 

Business Planning & Performance Management

• Support regional planning, KPI monitoring and business development initiatives. 
• Assist in budget planning and implementation of regional projects. 
• Monitor execution standards, reporting quality and operational excellence. 
• Support continuous improvement of business processes and sales tools. 

Events & Consumer Engagement

• Support the execution of key On Premise events, festivals and consumer activations. 
• Work closely with customers to maximise brand visibility and consumer experience. 
• Identify innovative opportunities to strengthen Red Bull's presence within the local market. 

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field will be considered an advantage. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, FMCG, On Premise or Consumer Events. 
• Strong understanding of the hospitality and On Premise environment. 
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills. 
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. 
• Leadership potential with the ability to coach and develop others. 
• Strong planning, organisational and project management skills. 
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. 
• Results-driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. 
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and work evenings or weekends when required. 
• Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written). 
• Valid driving licence. 
• Proficiency in MS Office. 

An attractive remuneration package is offered, depending on experience and qualifications.
