We are looking for a Sales Representative:
 

Our Customer Service Team is the voice and face of our company. With locations across Cyprus, we offer a friendly and energetic environment where you can grow your career – especially if you're excited by sales and helping customers. 

What will you be doing?

As a Telecom Sales & Service Advisor at Primetel Shops, your role will focus on both sales performance and great service. Here's what your day might look like:

• Greet everyone who walks by the pop-up store with a warm smile and welcoming smile. 😊
• Present and promote Primetel telecom services and special offers.
• Close sales by finalizing transactions and handling necessary documentation.
• Support customers with account or billing requests.
• Go above and beyond to assist them and resolve any issues they may have.

• You love talking to people and helping them find the right solution!
• Have previous experience working in customer service, either in retail or hospitality.
• Previous sales experience in retail: being excited to work in a commission-based environment is a plus!
• Have an interest in technology, mobile phones, and the internet, and who are excited to start their career in a telecommunications company.
• Are flexible to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends on a rotation basis. Rest assured, the scheduled weekly hours are 38, and you will receive your schedule in advance.
• Are fluent in both Greek and English languages.
