Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused waiter/waitress to join our team. As the main point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in delivering a welcoming, enjoyable dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. The role is fast-paced, hands-on, and ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in great hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and answering any questions
• Provide recommendations on food, drinks, and daily specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring orders are correct and well-presented
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle special requests, dietary requirements, and allergies with care
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Set up, clean, and reset tables before, during, and after service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining and service areas
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Address guest concerns or complaints politely
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and reliability
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Good standard of personal presentation and hygiene
• Basic numeracy skills for handling orders and payments
• Knowledge of Greek and English (Russian is a plus)
• CV and photo are mandatory
