We are seeking to employ a junior accountant in our Aviation Aircraft Maintenance Company, based in Larnaca to assist our Senior in house Accountant. 

Key responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices, receipts, accounting entries
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Payment preparation and tracking
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
• Assist with customer invoicing and follow up where required
• Support month end closing process
• Maintain data in the accounting system and support finance administration
• Assist with data entry and reconciliations between accounting and operational systems
• Provide general support to the finance team as required

Requirements:

• LCCI Higher or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Good excel skills and practical experience with accounting systems
• Good English
• Accurate, organized and able to meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and work well as part of a team
• Knowledge to ESOFT program will be considered a plus
