What You’ll Be Doing

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind an unforgettable dining experience — for both our guests and your team. Your day-to-day will include:

• Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and ensure every guest leaves smiling.
• Oversee all restaurant operations — from recruitment and training to smooth, efficient service and top-quality food.
• Work strategically to meet financial targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hospitality.
• Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations to keep guests and staff safe.

What You’ll Bring

• 3 years of management experience in a similar fast-paced hospitality or restaurant environment.
• You love creating memorable moments and exceeding expectations.
• Fluent in both Greek and English to easily connect with guests and your team.
• You know how to build, motivate, and lead a high-performing team.
• Confident in managing budgets, setting targets, and analyzing performance to drive success.
• You thrive under pressure, juggle multiple priorities, and keep everything running smoothly.
