A property management company in Limassol is looking for a Property Manager for a full-time position, Monday to Friday.

This is a dynamic, field-based role, with most of the day spent visiting properties and handling day-to-day matters. The position is ideal for someone who is practical, organised and comfortable managing their own schedule and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day communication with tenants

• Rent collection and payment follow-up

• Handling maintenance issues, utilities and repairs

• Coordinating contractors, suppliers and local authorities

• Preparing properties between tenancies

• Supporting new tenant onboarding and move-ins

• Handling day-to-day property-related matters

Requirements

• English required

• Greek / Russian an advantage

• Previous experience in property management an advantage

• Good computer and digital skills

• Responsible, well-organised and able to manage tasks and priorities independently

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Practical approach and ability to solve problems efficiently

• Legal right to work in Cyprus is required. No visa sponsorship for this position.
• A valid driving licence and access to a car are required.
