The role:

As a Commercial Data Analyst, you'll turn data into actionable insights that shape commercial and marketing decisions. You'll work closely with cross functional teams to analyze customer behavior, identify opportunities, and deliver targeted marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, increase value, and improve retention. Your insights will directly influence commercial strategies and contribute to the success of the business.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

• Development, implementation and maintenance of weekly/monthly KPI’s for commercial segments stakeholders (Postpaid, Prepaid, Fixed).

• Preparation of data & analysis of all marketing and sales campaigns: Cross Sell, Up Sell, Churn Prevention.

• Collaborate with broader Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue/LTV growth and market expansion.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and overall analytical capabilities.
• Provide commercial insight on the month end results, trends and follow up actions. Clear and concise articulation of standard KPIs to segment stakeholders.
• Acting as an internal consultant, using analytical skills to answer critical business questions.

Your Profile:

• 4+ years of professional experience as an analyst/senior analyst, preferably in contract-based industry, market or consumer research with a particular focus on business data analysis, insights generation and planning.

• Proficient SQL skills and data manipulation with Python (preferred) or R.

• Experience with any analytical/visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau).

• BSc in Computer Science (Data Science), Business Intelligence, Economics or related field.

• Postgraduate degree in any data science related field will be considered as strong advantage.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to improve efficiencies and integrate their usage in daily work.

• Understanding of data warehouses and ETL principles.

• Experience with an ETL platform such as Airflow, Informatica etc.

• Willingness to learn new skills on the job.

• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
