We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling innovative photovoltaic (PV) systems and smart home solutions to residential and commercial customers.
You will guide customers through the benefits of renewable energy and intelligent home technologies, identify their individual needs, and develop tailored solutions that combine energy efficiency, comfort, security, and sustainability.
Your Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customer opportunities through proactive sales activities
Advise residential and commercial customers on photovoltaic systems, energy solutions, and smart home technologies
Conduct customer consultations and assess individual requirements
Prepare and present customized quotations and solution proposals
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Follow up on leads and generate new business through networking, referrals, and other sales channels
Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Stay up to date with developments in solar energy, energy storage, EV charging, and smart home technology
Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
Previous experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, photovoltaic systems, construction, electrical technology, or smart home solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
A confident, professional, and customer-oriented personality
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into suitable solutions
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented approach
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
Good technical understanding and willingness to learn
Own car is preferred, as the position involves customer visits and field sales
Valid driving licence
Good command of English and preferably Greek; additional languages are an advantage
