Join our growing team as a Junior Account Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our property owners after the purchase of their home.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for customers following the completion of their property purchase.

·       Handle customer inquiries related to property features, warranties, and after-sales services with professionalism and care.

·       Investigate issues, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely and effective resolutions.

·       Monitor and follow up on customer requests to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

·       Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication and support.

·       Prepare reports and updates for Management regarding customer requests, progress, and resolutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree in communications, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

·       Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

·       A positive attitude, strong customer service mindset, and attention to detail.
