Marinakis Developers is seeking a motivated Project Controller to join our growing team. This role involves coordinating project schedules, teams, and communication for residential and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Coordinating Project activities between internal and external teams.

·       Inspect site works and resolve any issues that may arise.

·       Compare and report Project status against Contractors’ Programme.

·       Ensure that only approved and current documents are being used for ongoing Projects.

·       Stakeholder Communication & Coordination.

·       Arrange meetings with the Contractor regarding completion of agreed action items.

·       Financial & Administrative Support.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.

·       1–3 years of experience in real estate and construction.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Knowledge of project management tools.

·       Expertise in Cost Management and Budgeting.
