As an Accountant, you will be responsible for reporting, collecting, tracking and reconciling payments/invoices. You will be collaborating with our Head of Accounting along with our other global offices.
Responsibilities:
Process invoices and reconcile payments promptly and accurately
Verify supporting documents for proper payment execution
Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Perform various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of experience in accounting
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with SAP accounting software (nice to have)
Experience with invoicing, payments sorting and tracking
Experience with generating accounting reports
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Fluency in English & Russian is required. Knowledge of Greek is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues when needed
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information
