Manpower Cyprus is looking for energetic, friendly, and confident Call Centre Representatives to join an international team in Nicosia.
You will be the voice of the business, supporting customers, answering enquiries, processing requests, and helping make every customer interaction smooth, simple, and positive.
Your day-to-day
Chat with and support customers in a professional, friendly way.
Handle enquiries, requests, transactions, and related admin.
Keep customer records accurate and up to date.
Work with a diverse international team in a fast-paced environment.
Follow company processes and compliance standards.
You’re a great match if you
Speak fluent English and conversational Greek.
Enjoy talking to people and finding solutions.
Are organised, reliable, and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
Can work rotating shifts, including some weekends.
Be authorised to live and work in the European Union.
Have call centre or customer-service experience (great, but not essential).
Extra languages such as Dutch, German, French, or Hebrew are a plus.
What you’ll get
€1,200 gross per month, plus an extra €100 gross monthly for working two weekends- up to €1,300 gross per month.
An additional €1,200 gross payment after one year of service.
Provident Fund after six months.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, on 8-hour rotating shifts. The Call Centre operates from 08:00 to 21:00, Monday to Sunday.
