M.Residence is looking for an ambitious Real Estate Associate to join our Limassol team.
This position is based on a fixed salary and commission, focused on lead conversion, client management, property sourcing and real estate sales. We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded professional who can build strong client relationships and convert opportunities into successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Convert incoming leads into clients and transactions
Reactivate and follow up with our existing client database
Generate new buyer, seller and property opportunities
Build and develop a strong professional network in Limassol
Conduct client meetings and property viewings
Source and secure new property listings
Maintain consistent and professional client follow-up
Negotiate offers and close transactions
Maintain accurate records and activity within the company CRM
Work closely with our sales and marketing teams
Candidate Profile
Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills
Proactive, ambitious and results-oriented
Confident in approaching new clients and generating opportunities
Organised and disciplined with CRM and follow-ups
Commercially minded with a strong drive to achieve targets
Fluent in Greek and English
Valid driving licence
Knowledge of the Limassol property market will be considered an advantage
