We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Affiliate Manager (Europe) to join our Cyprus team and support the expansion of our affiliate network across European markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing and developing relationships with new affiliates, with a strong focus on generating high-quality client acquisition and sustainable revenue growth.
This is a hands-on role requiring a strong understanding of the CFD/Forex industry, affiliate marketing and European financial markets. The successful candidate will play an important role in expanding our European affiliate network and developing long-term commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research and proactively approach potential affiliate partners across Europe.
Assess prospective affiliates based on commercial potential, audience quality, geographic reach and suitability.
Initiate, negotiate and develop new affiliate relationships and commercial partnerships.
Expand and strengthen the company's European affiliate network.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements in line with company objectives.
Monitor affiliate performance, identify opportunities for growth and maximise partner revenue.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective onboarding, tracking, reporting and ongoing partner support.
Ensure affiliate activities and partnerships operate in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements, working closely with Legal and Compliance on affiliate agreements, marketing material approvals and MiFID II inducement requirements.
Work closely with the Business Development and wider commercial teams to identify, generate and develop new business opportunities.
Contribute to business development strategies and initiatives aimed at increasing client acquisition and market penetration.
Maintain accurate records of partner activity, opportunities, performance and the commercial pipeline.
Be willing to travel across Europe for partner visits, industry conferences and networking events as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in Affiliate Management, Business Development or Partnerships within the CFD/Forex or broader financial services industry.
An established network of affiliate partners and/or a strong understanding of the European affiliate ecosystem.
Demonstrable track record of acquiring, developing and growing commercial partnerships.
Strong understanding of affiliate-driven client acquisition and performance-based commercial models.
Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
Commercially minded, proactive and target-oriented approach.
Strong understanding of European markets and the regulatory considerations relevant to financial services.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages would be an advantage.
Existing relationships with European affiliates, IBs and/or introducing partners would be considered a strong advantage.
