JOB VACANCY – OFFICE & ORDER MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (CYPRUS)

Our company Kappa Optics Trading LTD ( member of Kappavision S.A.), with a strong presence in the ophthalmic lenses sector, is seeking an Office Assistant for our office in Cyprus. The main responsibilities include order management and warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing orders from partner optical stores via telephone, email, and fax
• Organizing and managing the ophthalmic lenses warehouse
• Issuing and registering receipts and invoices
• Preparing and delivering parcels to courier companies
• Providing general administrative support for the daily office operations

Requirements:

• Good computer skills
• Responsible, organized, and reliable personality
• Pleasant character and team spirit
• Greek as a native language

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Optical industry will be considered an advantage but is not required
• Willingness to learn, develop, and grow professionally
