CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a market-leading state-of-the-art engineering Firm with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Warehouse Manager to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire operations of the factory warehouse, including the receipt, storage, inventory management, and issuance of materials and tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations both in the warehouse and onsite at project locations. You will need to possess approximately 3+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager, Storekeeper, or in a similar role, and will need to be proficient in warehouse management systems and inventory management practices. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is a must, with any knowledge with construction or façade contracting industry materials considered a plus, but not essential. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.
 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Inspect incoming materials for accuracy, quality, and compliance with purchase orders.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of received materials.
• Communicate discrepancies promptly to the procurement department.
• Issue materials based on authorized requisitions.
• Generate accurate delivery notes for material dispatches and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate timely dispatch and delivery to production or project sites.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock balances.
• Identify and address inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all company-owned tools and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of tools inventory.
• Ensure proper storage, maintenance, and availability of tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Implement effective space utilization and warehouse layout planning.
• Enforce safety and compliance with warehouse operational procedures.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Proven experience of approximately 3+ years as a Warehouse Manager, Storekeeper, or similar role.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (ERP, SAP, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and team leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with construction or façade contracting industry materials will be considered a plus.
• Certification or training in warehouse or logistics management is desirable.
• Proficiency in English and Greek languages (both verbal and written).
