We are looking for a GERMAN AND SPANISH SPEAKING (mother language) detail-oriented and structured individual for back-office tasks, sales and organizational support. This is not a telephone sales or call-center role—it is a genuine back-office position.
Your tasks: Preparing and organizing accounting documents, maintaining data, supporting organizational processes, and general administrative tasks.
You should have excellent German skills, be proficient in MS Office, and work precisely. Experience in administrative processes or preparatory accounting is a plus.

Wir suchen eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Person für Backoffice-Aufgaben, Vertrieb und Organisation. Dies ist keine Telefon- oder Call-Center-Tätigkeit – sondern eine echte Backoffice-Rolle.
Deine Aufgaben: Vorbereitung von Belegen und Rechnungen, Datenpflege, Unterstützung bei Organisation sowie allgemeine administrative Aufgaben.
