Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the maintenance, development and continuous improvement of administrative systems and their efficiency, appropriate to the range of programmes at UCLan Cyprus.

• Maintain, ensure and develop the implementation of processes associated with student and programme records in relation to, induction, enrolment, registration, attendance, assessment and progression.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and timely computerized student records.

• Assist the Academic Quality and Compliance Director during the assessment process, including working with the Chairs of the Academic Boards to ensure that examination papers are produced to deadlines and the servicing of module and assessment boards and associated administration.

• Provide statistical and other information on programme operations for monitoring, evaluation and management of programmes.

• Assist the Academic Quality and Compliance Director to coordinate actions and completion of programmes and institutional accreditation and validation with Cyprus Quality Assurance Agency (CYQAA) and our partners UCLan UK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is essential.

• Postgraduate qualification will be considered as an advantage.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, use of large corporate databases and the Internet.

• Significant recent academic administrative experience in a busy environment.

• Excellent organisational skills.

• Excellent command of both Greek and English Language.

• Positive, attentive and outgoing personality, with strong sense of duty, responsibility and reliability.

Annual Gross Salary: €18,000-€20,000
