iMinder Ltd, a dynamic advisory and professional development firm based in Nicosia, is seeking an experienced and highly organised professional to lead the planning, coordination and successful delivery of all activities of the iMinder Academy.
Position: Academy Operations & Events Manager | Reference Code: IMAOEM2601
Required qualifications and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Education, Marketing, Event Management, Project Management, Operations Management or another relevant discipline.
• Master’s degree and/or recognized qualification in Project Management, Human Resources, Learning & Development or Event Management.
• At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience, including substantial responsibility for project and/or event management.
• Excellent practical knowledge of the procedures, policies and requirements of the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA/ΑΝΑΔ), together with hands-on experience in the ERMIS system.
• Demonstrable experience in examining training needs and designing, planning, costing, organising and evaluating training programmes.
• Experience in human resources management and/or recruitment support services.
• Practical experience in business social media management.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Very good command of Microsoft 365 and strong understanding of technology, confidence in using digital platforms
Key responsibilities
• Prepare and manage the Academy’s annual operational plan, calendar, budgets, priorities, milestones and performance indicators.
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of yearly seminars.
• Examine market and client needs.
• Plan and coordinate annual conferences and exhibitions.
• Lead cross-functional project execution.
• Monitor the planning, execution and results of digital marketing campaigns, direct-mail activity and promotional content.
• Supervise recruitment assignments.
• Build effective relationships with clients, trainers, exhibitors, sponsors, suppliers, professional bodies and public authorities; monitor satisfaction and identify business-development opportunities.
• Prepare management reports.
