CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an independent advisory, accounting, and corporate services firm with offices in the heart of Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a number of ACCA Trainees for their September 2026 intake. As an ACCA Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple service lines, and contribute to real client engagements from the outset. You will work closely with experienced professionals, developing strong technical expertise alongside commercial awareness and professional judgement. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, with strong academic performance demonstrating numerical and analytical capability. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Contributing to accounting and financial reporting assignments.
• Supporting advisory and corporate services projects.
• Engaging in tax and international structuring engagements.
• Participating in client communications and compliance-related matters.
• Contributing to corporate structuring and entity administration processes.
• Supporting governance and regulatory reporting procedures.
• Collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality client service.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Graduate in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong academic performance demonstrating numerical and analytical capability.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A willingness to embrace new challenges and learn continuously.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for problem-solving and professional growth.
• Professional attitude with a proactive, responsible, and collaborative approach.
