Our Group of Companies is seeking a high-caliber, motivated Accounting & Administration Officer to join our finance team at our office in Nicosia

The successful candidate will primarily support the accounting and administration functions of BR Hub Ltd, while also assisting other group companies as needed.

Primary Responsibilities include: 

·         Daily processing of Z, with cash, Visa, Foody, Wolt reconciliations

·         Daily processing of control reports from the POS system of the company

·         Cash management and banking at regular intervals with minimum two times a week

·         Daily posting of all accounting billings/utilities in company’s accounting system

·         Bank reconciliation process on a monthly basis

·         Perform supplier reconciliation on a monthly basis and prepare the payment file for review.

·         Responsible for the administration, filing and proper safekeeping of all documentation

·         Update and records invoices in stock management system on a day-to-day basis

·         Perform other administrative duties as instructed

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

·         Holder of LCCI Higher diploma / University Degree in Accounting and Finance related field

·         At least 3 years' experience as bookkeeper/accountant

·         Fluency in Greek and English language

·         Computer literacy, including good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, EXCEL etc)

·         Good organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

·         Ability to work effectively within a team, under pressure and within deadlines.

Working hours Monday / Tuesday / Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 with 1 hour break, Wednesday 08:00 – 16:00 and on Friday 08:00 – 15:00 with half an hour break.
