Main Responsibilities:

•  Manage and execute day-to-day accounting activities to ensure the smooth functioning of financial operations.
• Maintaining records of financial transactions.
• Purchasing Invoice processing and payment: Receive review and record payable invoices, initiate and process payments to suppliers and handle communication with suppliers and banks.
• Sales Invoices and payments processing.
• Prepare VAT returns.
• Dealing with accounting paperwork and filing.
• Record and reconcile cash and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
• Review, record, reconcile, and facilitate payment for the crew payroll.
• Address promptly any problems, difficulties, or discrepancies encountered during day-to-day accounting activities.
• Conduct account reconciliations and promptly resolve any discrepancies identified.
• Collaborate with other departments to collect necessary financial data for comprehensive record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with the financial and accounting procedures of the company.
• Provide support to the senior accountant and accounting supervisor with administrative tasks, in financial reporting, and various accounting tasks to facilitate smooth departmental operations.
• Conduct regular financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Undertake any other tasks or assignments as directed by the senior accountant and accounting supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• 2 years of experience in an accounting role.

Key Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of the Accounting Principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent in data analysis and financial reporting.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
