On behalf of our client, a well-established and growing organisation operating in the recruitment, workforce solutions, and employment services sector, we are seeking to recruit an organised and proactive Administrative & Accounting Assistant to join its team in Larnaca.
The role is primarily focused on administration, office coordination, documentation, and day-to-day operational support, while also assisting with basic accounting and financial administration when required.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support across different areas of the business, including document preparation, filing, data entry, email correspondence, record management, coordination with clients and external partners, and general office administration.
The role will also involve supporting basic accounting-related tasks such as organising invoices, receipts, payments, and financial documentation.
We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual who can manage multiple administrative tasks, follow up on pending matters, and ensure that information and documentation are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the office and different departments.
- Prepare, organise, update, and maintain company documents, records, forms, and files.
- Handle general correspondence, emails, telephone communication, and administrative enquiries.
- Perform accurate data entry and keep internal records and systems up to date.
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, lists, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems.
- Monitor pending administrative matters, deadlines, and required follow-ups.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, accountants, banks, external partners, and public or private organisations when required.
- Assist with the preparation, collection, and processing of documents and supporting paperwork.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, documentation, and other day-to-day office requirements.
- Support internal procedures and help ensure the smooth daily operation of the office.
- Assist colleagues and management with general administrative tasks and ad hoc requests.
- Organise invoices, receipts, payment records, and other basic accounting documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable administration when required.
- Support the monitoring of outstanding payments and relevant follow-ups.
- Assist with basic reconciliation and payment record administration.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling company, client, employee, and financial information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, office support, back office, accounting administration, or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
- Degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, invoices, records, and office systems.
- Good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Confidence using digital tools and business software.
- Responsible, reliable, and professional approach to work.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Basic understanding of invoices, payments, and accounting documentation will be considered an advantage.
