Overview:
Mimap Services Ltd is seeking to recruit an accounting assistant to join their Office team based in Nicosia. The successful candidate will support the Accounting Department in its daily operations and provide administrative assistance as required. The role involves a combination of accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative duties, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the department and the organization as a whole.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties.
- Issue invoices and receipts to customers.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding accounting and administrative matters.
- Reconcile supplier, customer, and bank accounts.
- Maintain and organize accounting records and filing systems.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the team.
- Participate in management-related duties and support operational activities when required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Very good command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with E-Soft accounting software will be considered an advantage.
