Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to join a dynamic and growing team? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support our team in delivering high-quality accounting services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Review bookkeeping records and financial transactions prepared by the accounting team.
• Supervise, support, and guide the accounting team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare payroll reports prior to submission.
• Review VAT and VIES returns and ensure their timely and accurate submission.
• Monitor debtor collections.
• Review bank and supplier reconciliations.
• Produce, review financial reports, and other accounting information as required by management.
• Monitor Tax/VAT matters and ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external associates, including auditors, banks, government authorities, and other stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• An ACCA or ACA professional qualification and experience in a similar managerial position for at least 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage an accounting team.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Energetic, driven, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
