Accounts Receivable Specialist - In-House (m/f/d)

For many years, protecting our clients from bad debt has been our top priority. We work (by phone and digitally) for an Austrian market leader in the field of accounts receivable management.  We specialize in notifying debtors of outstanding receivables in both the secured and unsecured financing segments. One of our key strengths is our high level of digitalization. We are looking for a new team member for our in-house team who resides in Cyprus, speaks fluent German, and can fully dedicate themselves to the role.

Your Responsibilities:

§  Processing orders (where you are responsible for ensuring successful resolution)

§  Reporting

§  Supporting the field sales team

§  Communicating with clients, business partners, borrowers, and lessees, etc.

Your Profile:

§  Very good command of German and spelling

§  Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office

§  Quick learner

§  Highly results-oriented, team-oriented, and customer-focused

§  Strong communication skills

§  Reliability

What We Offer:

We offer a long-term, full-time remote position with a reliable employer. The gross monthly salary for this full-time position is €2,500. During the training month, the gross salary is €2,000.
