Advanced Skills Primary Teaching Assistant

(Maternity Cover)

The American Academy Nicosia is looking to appoint an Advanced Skills Teaching Assistant for a 1-year maternity cover, starting September 2026.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate commitment to the ethos of the school.

Education & Experience:

· University degree or equivalent in English/Literacy, certified by KYSATS will be considered an advantage.

· Previous experience working as an Advanced Skills Teaching Assistant will be considered an advantage.

· Teaching experience in a Primary School will be considered as an advantage.

· Primary School Teachers are also welcome to apply for this position.
