CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading Proprietary Trading Firm with offices here in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Affiliate Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Affiliate Manager, you will primarily be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners, as well as building a structured, high-performing affiliate programme. Our client is seeking applicants with at least 3 years' experience as an Affiliate Manager or a similar Partnerships role, preferably gained within the Forex/Prop Trading industry. You will ideally posses an existing and strong book of business and/or affiliates, along with a proven track record of scaling affiliate or partnership revenue. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute a global partnerships and affiliate strategy.
• Identify high-value partners (influencers, trading communities, educators, media platforms).
• Launch and scale new acquisition channels.
• Own the affiliate strategy and the full lifecycle of the affiliate program (recruitment, onboarding, activation, retention).
• Optimize commission structures and incentives.
• Monitor performance metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI) and continuously improve.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top affiliates and influencers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and long-term deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to launch campaigns with partners and grow our assets and make changes to the affiliate setup.
• Coordinate promotions, launches, and co-branded initiatives.
• Ensure partners are equipped with the right tools and content.
• Stay close to trends in forex, prop trading, retail trading, and affiliate ecosystems.
• Track competitor strategies (especially within funded trader firms).
• Identify new growth opportunities.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

• At least 3 years' experience as an Affiliate Manager or a similar Partnerships role, within the Forex/Prop Trading industry is a must.
• Existing and strong book of business/affiliates.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate or partnership revenue.
• Strong network and relationships with trading influencers, affiliates, partners, or communities.
• Deep understanding of funded trader model, affiliate-heavy growth strategies and trading audience behavior is highly preferred.
• Experience managing high-value commercial relationships.
• Commercially sharp with strong negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
