On behalf of our client, an innovative and rapidly growing AI technology company based in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit an AI Solutions Consultant to join its expanding team.

The company develops advanced AI-powered communication solutions that help businesses automate customer interactions, streamline operations, and generate valuable business insights. Role Overview

As an AI Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle. Working closely with both clients and internal engineering teams, you will gather requirements, design AI Voice solutions, coordinate project delivery, and ensure each implementation delivers measurable business value.

This role combines solution consulting, project coordination, customer success, and technical communication, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy both business interaction and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation projects
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Design AI Voice solutions tailored to each customer's operational needs
• Translate customer requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
• Coordinate closely with development teams throughout implementation
• Oversee testing, quality assurance, and successful solution deployment
• Manage customer communication throughout the implementation process
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve implementation challenges
• Ensure customer satisfaction following go-live and successful solution adoption
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Software Consulting, Solution Consulting, Technical Consulting, Technical Project Coordination, or a similar client-facing technology role
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles, testing, and quality assurance
• Experience collaborating with software development teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent command of the English language

The following will be considered an advantage:

• Experience with AI, automation, or conversational AI platforms
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and system workflows
• Experience within SaaS, enterprise software, or IT consulting environments
• Experience with CRM or ERP platforms
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python or another scripting language

What the Company Offers

• Annual salary of up to €27,000, including 13th Salary, depending on experience and qualifications
• Monday to Friday working schedule
• Flexible working hours (8:00-17:00) with a one-hour lunch break
